Before submitting your request, please review our product exemptions. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive exceptions, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Digital Items: Products that are instantly delivered and downloaded.

• Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Products customized, personalized, or printed strictly to order once production has started.
